MailBounce Mailing Lists

Smart Mail Solutions maintains an announcement list through which we communicate information about new MailBounce releases and updates. We also provide a discussion list through which MailBounce users may inquire into product features, configuration, maintenance, and also may discuss new or requested features and ask tech-support questions. The lists, along with links for subscribing and unsubscribing, are discussed below.

MailBounce-Announce

The MailBounce-Announce list is used to communicate announcements and information regarding MailBounce updates and new releases. All publicly available releases will be communicated via this list (both beta and full releases).

This is a very low-volume list. In fact, there were no announcements at all during calendar years 2000 and 2001.

MailBounce-Discuss

MailBounce-Discuss is a discussion list for MailBounce feature requests, technical support, and general discussion, tips, tricks, etc., for using MailBounce. The list is closely monitored by Smart Mail Solutions, and is a viable venue for all tech-support questions.

This is a new mailing list, so volume estimates are not available. However, it is expected to be a very low-volume discussion list.

Upon subscribing to either list, you will receive a Welcome message with information on the mailing list, including setting your subscription to DIGEST mode, setting your subscription to NOMAIL (e.g., when going on vacation), and unsubscribing.

Note that bounces for the MailBounce lists are handled by ... MailBounce. :-)
