The "User Name" text has been inserted into the subscribers' address records for illustration purposes, though not all list servers support personal data fields. When processing redirects, MailBounce will parse this information and include it in the subscription request (if the list server supports this data) so that the subscribers' personal information is carried over from the old subscription to the new one.

It is important that you select the proper list server type for the file being processed, as some servers place the personal data field to the left of the subscriber's address. MailBounce recognizes a wide variety of list-servers and address-file formats.
